You will design and execute annual sales plans, secure new institutional contracts from banks and lenders, and partner with operations to balance capacity, recovery rates, and risk management while building high-level client relationships.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a strong plus.
• 7–10+ years in the debt collection sector.
• Deep understanding of contingency collections and compliance.
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting.
• Strong negotiation and strategic thinking; executive presence.
