Qualifications

• 6–10 years in DTC e-commerce marketing.
• Experience owning growth metrics at a $10M+ brand.
• Proven ability to manage marketers and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own growth across paid media, email & SMS, content production, and social/UGC.
• Lead a 14-person marketing team and coordinate agency partners.
• Set and track the Marketing Scoreboard with EOS cadence.
• Collaborate with founders and report to CEO.
