Job summary

My Amazon Guy is seeking a DTC Team Lead to own the growth strategy across paid social, search, lifecycle marketing (email/SMS), and CRO, aligning DTC and Amazon efforts for profitable, scalable client programs. The role leads Brand Strategists and channel specialists to ensure executional excellence and strong performance.

The player-coach will partner with executives to guide budgets, roadmaps, and client outcomes, while diving into data and frameworks as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership as Brand Director or DTC Team Lead with ecommerce growth.
• Experience scaling multi-channel campaigns (ROAS, CAC, retention).
• Expertise in paid social (Meta, TikTok), search, email/SMS, and CRO.
• Proficiency with Shopify/Magento/WooCommerce, analytics, and CRM systems.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis skills.
• 3-5+ years of leadership managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve DTC growth strategy across paid social, search, email/SMS, and CRO to meet portfolio-wide KPIs.
• Lead and mentor Brand Strategists and channel specialists, ensuring executional excellence and scalable processes.
• Act as strategic partner for high-value clients, aligning DTC and Amazon efforts, and guiding budgets and roadmaps.
• Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention) and drive timely optimizations and strategic pivots.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, media, and analytics teams to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.
