Job summary

TransPerfect's TPT Digital, a rapidly growing full‑stack digital agency formed in 2019 as an independent division of TransPerfect Translations, is hiring a Director of Business Development to drive revenue growth and expand client partnerships.

You will lead an account team, design and deploy sales strategies, and collaborate with client service and production to ensure that all projects are delivered with excellence and measurable success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a client-facing role or business development, with at least 3 years in digital marketing.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with a high degree of accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of the capabilities and competitive advantages of TPT Digital.
• Grow and develop a team of account executives.
• Conceptualize and deploy sales and networking strategies to maximize new business and engagement scope.
• Work closely with client service and production teams to ensure that projects are handled with keen attention to detail and measurable success.
