TransPerfect is hiring a Digital Account Manager to drive expansion of the Digital Client Solutions division in Chicago and other US offices. You will collaborate with Sales and client services to pitch SEO, SEM, and content services while delivering strategic guidance and measurable results.

You will research audits, keyword strategies and content opportunities, oversee multiregional campaigns, ensure quality deliverables, and provide monthly performance insights to clients and leadership.

Qualificações

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of digital marketing experience in an agency setting (SEO/SEM/social).
• Strong IT literacy and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with industry tools (SEMrush/Moz/Ahrefs/Screaming Frog/GA/Omniture).
• Experience planning, launching and managing campaigns with international exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Sell SEO, SEM, social media and performance content to existing and prospective clients.
• Support RFPs, client pitches, strategic proposals and quarterly reviews.
• Research strategy including audits, keyword and content analyses.
• Oversee multiregional strategy execution with production teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance and deliver monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
