Job summary

Simetrik is seeking a Director of Demand Generation, US to build and own the US inbound demand engine from the ground up. You’ll drive SEO/content-led demand, marketing automation, nurture, MQL-to-Sales handoff, webinars, digital programs, and LinkedIn engagement for US ICP such as CFOs and COOs.

This role starts hands-on as an individual contributor, with a path to scale a US demand team. You will partner with Brand, Content, and GTM Engineering to align pipeline growth across surfaces.

Qualifications

• 10+ years B2B demand generation, inbound, or growth marketing in enterprise software.
• 3+ years in fintech, payments, banking, or enterprise finance software.
• Led and defended MQL-to-SQL conversion and marketing-sourced pipeline weekly.
• Evidence that organic/content channels fed pipeline, not just traffic/followers.
• Experience running field and events motions with measurable pipeline impact.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated Inbound and Demand Generation engine, from strategy through execution—measured by compounding, interconnected performance.
• Iteratively refine performance using dashboards and weekly data.
