The Phoenix Group Advisors is seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to lead the company's digital demand engine, driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and a measurable pipeline across the customer journey.

You will develop demand generation and ABM strategies while staying hands-on in early-stage execution, partnering with Sales, Content, Product, Solutions, Finance, and Revenue Operations to ensure marketing aligns with revenue objectives and business priorities.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of B2B demand generation experience.
• Proven track record generating sales-aligned pipeline.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing channels (paid, email, ABM).
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, Content, and Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute demand generation strategy with pipeline focus.
• Develop and scale digital-first programs across paid media, website, email, and ABM.
• Manage budgets, monitor ROI, and reallocate resources by channel performance.
• Collaborate with Sales and cross-functional teams to align marketing with revenue goals.
• Lead ABM programs and tailor outreach to target accounts.
• Own website optimization and SEO strategies in support of campaigns.
• Forecast pipeline using revenue targets and bottom-up planning.
