Job summary

Simetrik in the US seeks a Director of Demand Generation to build and own the US inbound demand engine from the ground up. You will drive search-led education, webinars, executive conversations, and a website optimized for CFOs, COOs, and Heads of Payments, turning interest into a predictable pipeline.

Responsibilities include owning inbound surfaces, SEO/content-led demand, marketing automation and MQL-to-SQL handoffs, ABM for tier-1 accounts, field/events, and PR, all measured by one core

Qualifications

• 10+ years in B2B demand generation for enterprise software.
• Experience building inbound engines (SEO, content, automation) for US enterprise ICP.
• Proven MQL-to-SQL funnel and pipeline ownership weekly.
• Evidence that organic/content channels fed pipeline, not just traffic/followers.
• Hands-on, builds before delegating; AI-native execution bias.
• Strong knowledge of payments/fintech domains.
• US work authorization.
