Dentsu is seeking a VP, Growth Director to act as a strategic growth partner with deep data, technology, and platform expertise. You will guide pitch strategy, development, and end-to-end execution, partnering with our Chief Growth Officer and leadership to translate data capabilities into measurable business value.

You will lead cross-functional teams to win complex client pursuits, building strong partnerships and delivering compelling narratives that connect data and technology to growth

Qualifications

• 8+ years in growth, business development, or solution development in data/tech/ads.
• Experience supporting complex client pursuits: RFI/RFP, pitches, client presentations.
• Strong storytelling and written communication for complex data/tech narratives.
• Excellent project management delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with executives, technical teams, and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead pitch strategy, development, and end-to-end execution.
• Partner with Chief Growth Officer and executives to articulate data/tech capabilities and business value.
• Bridge Growth, DT&T teams to unlock capacity and win complex client pursuits.
• Tell clear, persuasive stories connecting data and technology to outcomes.
• Collaborate across functions to deliver high-impact growth engagements.
