Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of management/operations experience in construction preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams through pursuit, preconstruction, construction and client engagement phases.
• Develop and monitor project plans, budgets and schedules.
• Manage client relationships and win repeat business.
• Oversee risk management, safety, quality and contract administration.
• Prepare forecasts for project awards, revenues and profitability.
• Collaborate with business development for new opportunities and markets.
