Responsibilities

• Leads the community marketing and sales program to achieve resident occupancy.
• Form and foster relationships with physicians, Senior Centers and home health teams.
• Promotes a positive social media presence with content reflecting our mission and values.
• Oversees marketing channels including paid ads, digital platforms and outreach.
• Bridges marketing and sales with campaigns and outreach to generate leads and revenue.
• Delivers tailored tours for prospective residents and families with warmth and care.
• Implements follow-up strategies to address inquiries and nurture relationships.
• Manages the CRM tool to track leads and optimize sales/marketing efforts.
