Job summary

Vivera Senior Living of Columbus in Columbus, IN is seeking a full-time Marketing and Sales professional to drive resident occupancy. You will lead community marketing campaigns, build physician, senior center, and home health referrals, and oversee social media and multi-channel outreach.

Expect to deliver engaging tours and manage follow-ups and CRM to optimize leads and revenue. The role requires 3+ years in sales/marketing/outreach, Associates Degree preferred, and strong communication,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, marketing or outreach experience.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong closing ability.
• Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Assisted/Supportive Living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Community marketing and sales program, implementing creative strategies to achieve optimal resident occupancy.
• Forms and fosters relationships with local professionals (physicians, Senior Centers, home health) to maximize referrals.
• Promotes a positive social media presence and communicates our mission and values.
• Oversees marketing channels (paid ads, digital platforms, traditional outreach) to engage residents, employees and stakeholders.
• Bridges marketing and sales by developing and executing strategies to generate leads and drive revenue.
• Delivers tailored tours for prospective residents and families, creating a warm, compassionate experience.
• Implements follow-up strategies to nurture relationships and address inquiries.
• Manages the CRM tool to maintain leads and optimize sales and marketing efforts.
