Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Director of Business Development for Zonda in Austin, TX to expand the client base and drive revenue growth. You will lead prospecting, qualification, and closing activities, while leveraging Salesforce to manage pipelines and deliver win-ready demonstrations.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in digital/data services sales, SaaS experience, and a Bachelor's degree, with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in a related digital/data services business development/outside sales role.
Previous experience in a SaaS environment with focus on user acquisition.
Experience managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
Current and valid driver’s license with clean driving history.

Responsibilities

Generate new business selling Zonda’s Membership Services and mobile platform to builders, developers, financial institutions, and cities in the territory.
Develop and execute a sales plan for the territory.
Record and maintain all meeting and pipeline information in Salesforce.
Qualify leads and drive the full sales cycle from introductory calls to closing deals.
Schedule and perform in-person and web demonstrations.
Travel within the territory and industry conventions to close prospects.
