Aptive Environmental, LLC is seeking a hands-on Director of Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition to lead the full funnel for B2C growth. This role manages paid media, affiliate partnerships, and new channels, with accountability for budgets, forecasting, and channel optimization across internal teams and agencies.

The ideal candidate has a track record managing large B2C budgets, advanced analytics, and the ability to defend investment decisions with clear financial reasoning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, economics, statistics, communications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant marketing experience, including substantial B2C paid media and direct customer acquisition experience.
• Demonstrated ownership of annual paid media budgets of approximately $10–20 million or more.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including setup, bidding, audience strategy, testing, tracking, and troubleshooting.
• Proven results growing consumer lead volume and acquired customers while improving CAC, ROAS, or profitability.
• Ability to discuss budgets, allocations, targets, optimization decisions, and results in detail.
• Experience connecting paid media investment to downstream revenue and customer value in a B2C environment.
• Track record reallocating budget across channels based on performance.

Responsabilités

• Paid Media, Customer Acquisition & Growth: Own Aptive’s B2C acquisition strategy across paid media, affiliate, publisher, marketplace, pay-per-lead, and partner-sourced demand.
• Own annual acquisition budget planning, monthly forecasting, and daily/weekly pacing.
• Improve acquisition efficiency through disciplined testing and optimization of creative, audiences, bidding, offers, and landing pages.
• Develop awareness and consideration programs across video, CTV, streaming audio, paid social, creators, and local-market media.
• Lead marketing technology and measurement functions, including attribution, conversion tracking, call tracking, and data collection.
