Job summary

Visual Comfort & Co. is seeking a senior performance marketing leader to drive enterprise customer acquisition and profitable growth across Consumer, Trade, and commercial channels.

You will own paid media investments, forecasts, and optimization across search, social, shopping, and display while building scalable audience strategies. You will partner with Sales, CRM, Brand, Ecommerce and Analytics to translate business priorities into actionable media plans, test strategies, and strong CAC/LTV

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
• Experience in premium consumer, retail or ecommerce settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Visual Comfort’s enterprise customer acquisition strategy across Consumer, Trade, and key commercial opportunities.
• Manage strategy, investment, and performance across Paid Search, Shopping, Paid Social, Affiliate, Display, CTV/Video, and emerging channels.
• Identify and analyze new audiences, channels, markets, and growth opportunities balancing revenue with LTV and attribution.
• Collaborate with Sales, CRM, Analytics to develop differentiated audience strategies for Trade, Retail/Showrooms, Wholesale.
• Develop and manage a rigorous testing strategy across audiences, channels, creative, messaging, and landing experiences.
• Partner with Brand & Creative, CRM & Lifecycle, and Ecommerce to optimize channel-specific journeys and conversion.
