Job summary

Aptive Pest Control in Provo, Utah (remote optional) seeks a Director of Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition to drive growth through paid media and partnerships. You will own the acquisition budget, channel mix, forecasting, and full-funnel performance from awareness to paying customers and long-term value.

The role combines hands-on campaign management with team leadership, partnering with Search, Web, CRM, Brand, Inside Sales, and Operations to optimize results and ROI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant marketing experience, including substantial B2C paid media and direct customer acquisition.
• Proven ownership of large paid media budgets and channel mix optimization.
• Hands-on experience building, managing, and optimizing campaigns with financial rigor.

Responsibilities

• Own Aptive’s B2C acquisition strategy across paid media, affiliate, publisher, marketplace, pay-per-call, and partner-sourced demand.
• Manage budget allocations, leads, CAC, ROAS, and profitability across channels.
• Lead annual budget planning, forecasting, and pacing; reallocate investment based on performance and seasonality.
• Develop and scale new acquisition channels and growth partnerships with defined tests and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Search, Web, CRM, Brand, Inside Sales, and Operations to improve acquisition results.
