Job summary

Credit Acceptance is seeking a Director of Consumer Acquisition to own our multi-channel growth engine across owned, organic, paid, and new channels. This leader will set growth targets and an investment plan, directing cross-functional teams to drive incremental contracts and optimized cost per lead.

The role requires a history of leading consumer acquisition with a data-driven mindset, excellent executive communication, and experience scaling a diversified marketing portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in consumer acquisition, growth or performance marketing with leadership experience.
• Proven record growing consumer acquisition across owned, organic and paid channels.
• Experience managing a significant marketing budget and investment decisions.
• Experience running an experimentation program and measuring impact.
• Ability to frame problems quantitatively and make sound investment calls.

Responsibilities

• Own the consumer acquisition strategy, growth target and investment plan.
• Allocate budget across owned, organic, paid and new bets; tradeoffs based on contract outcomes.
• Lead an acquisition innovation agenda, piloting new channels and markets.
• Build and lead a high-performing team across growth and analytics functions.
