Job summary

Scale Media, Inc. is seeking a Director of Growth to lead our paid acquisition team for a portfolio of direct-to-consumer wellness brands. You will optimize Meta and paid social, ensure clean data, and guide budget pacing with a data-driven lens.

The role is hands-on in leadership, reporting to the VP of Growth, and focused on building AI-enabled workflows to accelerate performance. Fully remote with strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of growth marketing experience.
• Deep expertise in Meta and paid social platforms.
• Proven leadership of media buying teams.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Daily performance management across brands and channels.
• Lead and develop the paid acquisition team.
• Set standards for account architecture and bid strategy.
• Ensure data quality across pixels and Conversions API.
• Collaborate with Creative, Ecommerce, and Analytics on pages and assets.
• Allocate and pace budgets to hit CAC/ROAS/MER targets.
• Run a structured test roadmap across audiences and offers.
• Work with Analytics for MTA and lift testing.
• Build AI-enabled workflows to speed up analysis and reporting.
• Manage agencies and vendors when needed.
