Advantage HQ is seeking a Head of Growth to drive aggressive paid media scaling across a portfolio of DTC brands. You will own growth strategy, lead a team of paid media analysts and creative strategists, and serve as the senior voice guiding client conversations on scaling decisions.

The role requires deep Meta knowledge, experience scaling to six figures per day, and the ability to balance short-term efficiency with long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Track record of scaling Meta accounts beyond $100k/day.
• 6–10 years in paid digital advertising focusing on Meta budgets for DTC brands.
• Deep understanding of Meta's algorithm, creative fatigue, and cost-control dynamics.
• Analytical, decisive, and accountable with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own growth strategy across a book of business and lead paid media analysts.
• Scale Meta, Google, and TikTok campaigns with a clear margin hierarchy.
• Provide creative strategy leadership alongside the team.
• Manage senior client relationships and reset strategies with data.
• Develop junior analysts into independent operators.
