Job summary

Scale Media, a fully remote company building and scaling DTC wellness brands, seeks a Senior Director, Growth to lead paid acquisition and Amazon across the portfolio. You will manage performance daily and raise the bar on media buying, with Meta as a key lever.

You will set LTV/CAC and MER targets by product line, shape signal strategy, and drive retention efforts across DTC and Amazon. You’ll partner with Analytics, Creative, and Ecommerce and report to the VP of Growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of growth/paid media experience in consumer brands.
• Proven ability to scale multi-channel paid media while maintaining efficiency.
• Experience leading teams and developing senior buyers into leaders.
• Deep understanding of LTV/CAC, MER, and measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Daily performance management across brands, channels, and Amazon.
• Lead and develop paid acquisition and Amazon teams to raise media buying standards.
• Set cross-channel strategy and budget allocation across Google, Meta, Bing, and others.
• Define signal strategy and optimization, including value-based bidding and offline conversions.
• Oversee retention support and halo effects between DTC and Amazon.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Creative, and Ecommerce; report to VP of Growth.
• Drive AI-enabled workflows to accelerate reporting and optimization.
• Run a structured test roadmap across channels and experiences.
