Job summary

Fource Recruiting is seeking a Director of Sales to grow the pipeline and generate net new revenue with mid-market and emerging clients in the Chicago area. You will lead account development, manage forecasting for assigned prospects, and partner with the Client Success team to ensure satisfaction, growth, and ongoing partnerships, while representing the brand to internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in ad-tech or mar-tech sales, with a proven hunter mindset and experience with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ad-tech or mar-tech sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
• Success in Retail Media, SaaS, digital media, or enterprise software sales
• Experience as a hunter salesperson using the Challenger method to win net-new client pursuits
• Understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem and how brands and agencies use these tools to grow their business

Responsibilities

• Drive new revenue across Mid-Market and Emerging accounts
• Manage pipeline development, account growth and forecasting for prospects and clients
• Ensure client satisfaction and represent the brand to internal stakeholders
• Partner with Client Success to ensure successful implementations and ongoing partnerships
• Provide ongoing product feedback to internal stakeholders
