Job summary

Magnite is seeking a Senior Account Director, Independent Demand Facilitation to drive revenue growth across leading Independent Agencies in the Midwest. You will manage agency relationships, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize ROI and partner success.

The role requires 6+ years in adtech sales or related fields, strong connections in Chicago and the Midwest, and the ability to travel 25%+ weekly.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of adtech sales / consulting / agency experience.
• Bachelor's Degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record delivering on and exceeding revenue goals leveraging Independent Agency contacts in Chicago and the Midwest.
• Experience with Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a robust pipeline of agency-based opportunities.
• Understand and deepen relationships with independent agencies in the Midwest to grow market share.
• Work with C-suite, investment leads and buyers to expand Magnite relationships and spend.
• Track sales pipeline and meet/exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Secure and run client prospect meetings from initiation to close.
