Job summary

True Talent Solutions Partners is hiring a hands-on Growth Marketing professional to build a demand generation engine from the ground up at a Series B AI company serving logistics. This hands-on role partners with sales, marketing, and product teams to turn AI product developments into effective go-to-market programs and enterprise pipeline.

You’ll own marketing operations, establish attribution and automation, and scale channels from paid to ABM.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or ABM.
• Experience marketing enterprise technology in a sales-led environment.
• Experience building a demand generation program from scratch.
• Proficiency with marketing automation, attribution, CRM reporting, and web analytics.
• Familiarity with paid digital, email, website, and content channels.
• Strong understanding of funnel metrics including MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline.
• Bachelor's degree and authorization to work without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize demand gen channels to grow qualified leads and enterprise pipeline.
• Own marketing operations including attribution, automation, lead routing, segmentation, and funnel reporting.
• Collaborate with sales and product to craft messaging around AI advancements.
• Test and scale paid media, email nurture, SEO/website optimization, ABM and emerging channels.
• Manage agencies and partners to accelerate execution across channels.
