The role requires 8+ years in data science or analytics with B2B marketing measurement, expertise in SQL and Python, and experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and multi-source data.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data science or analytics with marketing, growth, or go-to-market measurement.
• Proven ability to direct growth roadmaps and influence strategy with data-backed hypotheses and measurement initiatives.
• Demonstrated B2B marketing measurement expertise: deep, direct experience with demand gen and account-based marketing in a high-ACV product.
• Experience with lead lifecycle and lead-quality measurement across the MQL through Closed Won funnel.

Responsibilities

• Drive IES growth by shaping the strategic direction of our full-funnel marketing investments alongside Marketing, Finance, and Sales leaders through decomposition of GTM strategy into measurable frameworks.
• Execute marketing measurement through data instrumentation, reporting, models, experimentation, and other causal measurement techniques.
• Synthesize business performance narratives across the entire Digital and Sales funnel, shaping the unified understanding of performance drivers and headwinds against our target.
• Identify opportunities and operationalize motions to win from top of funnel demand gen to MQL, SQL, and closed opportunities via Sales.
• Unpack media channel contribution and drive continuous cross-channel optimization to improve growth and ROI.
• Own the data architecture and systems powering clean views on marketing performance - build and enhance with new data source and technology integrations.
• Build a durable understanding of the Mid-Market customer and the path to grow them via data-backed hypotheses and measurement.
