Qualifications

• BS or MS in Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, CS, Econometrics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data science or product analytics with predictive modeling and segmentation.
• Ability to formulate data-backed strategies to drive growth.
• Ability to generate hypotheses from customer behavior and market factors.
• Experience designing and interpreting complex experiments beyond traditional A/B testing.
• Experience building reusable, scalable analytics solutions with efficiency.
• Outstanding communication to influence decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Fast learner, adaptable, and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize problems, formulate hypotheses, define metrics, and make actionable recommendations.
• Drive insights shaping Intuit's core Accounting offering and growth opportunities.
• Develop predictive models and insights for product innovation.
• Build durable customer segmentation to refine targeting and experience.
• Partner with PM, Marketing, Eng, Design, and Analytics to drive strategy.
• Translate data insights into recommendations for technical and non-technical leaders.
