Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in analytics or Data Science.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing a team of data scientists/analysts.
• Hands-on SQL and data visualization experience (Tableau, Qlik).
• Extensive experience with Python, ML models, and LLMs is highly preferred.
• Ability to create analytical frameworks for solving complex business problems with proven track record.
• Excellent communication with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Influence strategic and operational decisions through customer segmentation and sales analytics.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data scientists.
• Promote AI-first culture and use of Generative AI tools to boost productivity and impact.
• Partner with Sales leadership to embed data-driven decision making.
• Develop key success metrics and business impact measurements.
• Identify new opportunities to help partners achieve goals.
• Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
