This role partners with Sales leaders to drive growth and customer outcomes. The ideal candidate will combine deep data science expertise with strong business acumen, executive stakeholder management, and a passion for applying Generative AI to solve complex sales challenges.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in analytics or Data Science.
• 5+ years managing a data science team.
• 10+ years hands-on SQL and data visualization experience (Tableau, Qlik).
• Experience with Python, ML models, LLMs preferred.
• Ability to create analytical frameworks for solving complex problems.
• Excellent communication with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Influence strategic business decisions via segmentation, funnel analysis, voice of customer analysis, etc.
• Build and mentor a data science team with growth in depth and leadership.
• Lead AI-first initiatives, promoting Generative AI to enhance productivity and impact.
• Partner with Sales leadership to embed data-driven decision making.
• Develop and manage success metrics and leading indicators for initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities to help partners achieve goals.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
• Collaborate with other DS teams and data engineers on cross-functional projects.
