Qualifications

10+ years of analytics experience in web, product or related fields.
Proficient in SQL, Python and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
Experience with ML models and LLMs to solve business problems.
Able to communicate insights to senior executives clearly.

Responsibilities

Influence strategic and operational decisions via customer segmentation and analytics.
Develop and manage KPIs and leading indicators for business performance.
Identify new opportunities to help partners reach goals.
Present data insights effectively to business partners at all levels.
Develop ML models and LLM apps to address business problems.
Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers on cross-functional projects.
Coach and mentor junior data scientists on the team.
