Job summary

Hyatt seeks a Director, Growth Operations to drive governance and continuous improvement of Hyatt’s centralized Growth data environment. You’ll partner with IT, Analytics, regional Growth teams, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity and KPI alignment across the organization.

The role emphasizes data standards, quality, stewardship, and access controls, with opportunities to lead global initiatives and growth reporting in a hospitality-centric company.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations, technology enablement, CRM analytics, BI, or related fields.
• Experience administering CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting.
• Strong analytical, project management, communication and change skills.

Responsibilities

• Govern the centralized data environment for Hyatt Growth operations.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and KPI consistency across teams.
• Define data standards, stewardship, metadata, and access controls.
• Coordinate release governance and impact of changes to data sources.
