The Director, Growth Operations is responsible for the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of the centralized data environment serving Hyatt’s Growth organization. This role partners with IT, Analytics, regional Growth teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to ensure data integrity, consistent governance, and operational alignment of Growth KPI data across the organization. The salary range for this position is $142,500 - $190,000. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
