Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in business operations, strategy & operations, strategic finance, consulting, corporate strategy, M&A/integration, or a chief of staff role.
• Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen.
• Proven ownership of cross-functional initiatives—not just project coordination.
• Experience with KPIs, operational reporting, and performance management.
• Ability to independently solve ambiguous business problems and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO on key business priorities and operational decisions.
• Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from analysis through execution.
• Support acquisition integrations, new business units, and growth initiatives.
• Build and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and operating reviews.
• Analyze business performance and turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Improve processes, systems, accountability, and cross-functional execution.
• Evaluate initiatives using financial analysis, ROI, and business judgment.
• Help implement technology, automation, and AI-enabled improvements.
