Job summary

Oak Street Health is seeking a Lead Director, Growth Strategy and Effectiveness to partner with senior leaders and shape the organization’s growth priorities. You will design initiatives, manage a small team, and drive cross-functional alignment with CGO, COO, and division presidents in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll analyze data, develop KPIs, present at executive meetings, and help expand Medicare engagement while maintaining a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication skills.
• Experience in a highly-analytical fast-paced environment; consulting, investment banking, or private equity experience a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment.
• Ability to independently pursue and implement solutions to complex problems.
• History of ownership and delivering results.
• Strong experience with project management, cross-team stakeholder management and change management.
• Humility, listening bias, and hands-on approach.
• Positive and empathetic attitude and integrity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint or Google equivalents.
• Proficiency with SQL, Alteryx is a plus; Salesforce a plus.
• Healthcare or commercial background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic problem solving and new idea generation for Growth initiatives.
• Scope and execute initiatives to improve growth efficiency and change management.
• Collaborate with field leaders, corporate teams, and executives to align target setting and execution.
• Create KPIs and reports to monitor growth channel performance and report findings to executives.
• Develop content for executive-level meetings (monthly and quarterly).
• Manage a team of 1-3 direct reports.
• Other duties as assigned.
