Job summary

Greenbrook Medical is scaling growth across patients and clinics, building data-driven visibility and operating infrastructure to enable predictable expansion. This Senior Director role owns the analytical foundation, OKR cadence, and cross-functional interfaces to align clinical ops, recruiting and marketing as we grow.

The position reports to the VP of Growth & Population Health, with hybrid NYCs location preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in Growth Operations, Strategy & Operations within a high-growth healthcare or multi-site services org.
• Proven track record owning complex, ambiguous workstreams end-to-end.
• Experience managing people or building a high-performing team.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Mindset AI-native; experience building or implementing AI-enabled tools/workflows.

Responsibilities

• Make Growth Predictable and Observable: own growth model, budget, dashboards, data infra, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Run the Operating Cadence: own OKR process, leadership reporting, documentation and cadence.
• Connect Growth and Operations: manage physician capacity framework and dependencies with recruiting and ops partners.
• Lead Strategic Analysis: payer transfer modeling, acquisition due diligence support, and CAC/ROI analysis.
