Job summary

Greenbrook Medical is seeking a Director, Growth Operations to own the analytical foundation, operating cadence, and cross-functional interface that scale our growth. You’ll manage growth modeling, budgets, dashboards, HubSpot workflows, and strategic analysis, coordinating with clinical ops and recruiting.

Reporting to the VP of Growth & Population Health, this high-autonomy role is based in New York City with hybrid work and allows exceptional remote candidates to contribute to year-end

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of Growth Operations, Strategy & Operations, or a similar function within a high-growth healthcare or multi-site services organization.
• Proven ability to own complex, ambiguous workstreams end-to-end and influence executive-level decisions.
• Experience managing people or demonstrated readiness to build and lead a high-performing team.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth model, budget construction, dashboards and data infrastructure to make growth observable.
• Own the annual and quarterly OKR process for the Growth team end-to-end with alignment to partner teams.
• Develop and maintain leadership reporting, decision tracking, and documentation.
• Own physician capacity framework and collaboration with recruiting to enable capacity expansion.
• Lead strategic analysis on expansion, payer transfer, and CAC/ROI.
