RSM US LLP is seeking a Director to serve as the Business Transformation Lead on integrated Customer & Growth transformations. You will own the future-state operating model across revenue-cycle processes, from lead to quote-to-cash, pricing, and post-close integration or separation.

In this client-facing role, you will lead organizational change management, design customer journeys, build executive sponsorship, and mentor delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of consulting or advisory experience leading business-side transformation.
• Experience directing future-state operating model and end-to-end revenue-cycle design.
• Experience with fixed Agile or scaled‑Agile cadence and backlog ownership.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ and work on large, sensitive transformation programs.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the future-state operating model across the revenue cycle.
• Design end-to-end processes from lead to cash, pricing, and post-close integration.
• Lead HCD and change management with measured adoption targets.
• Provide executive visibility and risk management to CEOs and private equity sponsors.
• Mentor managers and senior associates across delivery workstreams.
