RSM US LLP is seeking an experienced Director to lead our Operations & Supply Chain Advisory practice within Enterprise Performance. This leadership role targets growth, transformation, EBITDA improvement, and value creation for executives, PE sponsors, and portfolio companies in a dynamic market.

You will drive national practice growth, win new engagements, mentor teams, and shape strategy while delivering high-impact consulting across supply chain strategy, due diligence, and integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, advisory services, or industry leadership roles focused on operations and supply chain transformation.
• Experience leading and growing consulting practices, service lines, or business units.
• Proven success selling and delivering complex consulting engagements.

Responsibilities

• Grow national presence of the Operations & Supply Chain Advisory practice through business development and relationship management.
• Lead client engagements focused on supply chain transformation and performance improvement, advising executives and PE sponsors.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and build relationships with C-suite and operating partners.
• Oversee engagements, ensure profitability, and mentor consulting teams.
• Support post-merger integration and value-creation roadmaps.
• Develop reusable methodologies and tools to scale the practice.
