Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks an experienced Director to lead the Operations & Supply Chain Advisory practice. You will drive growth, lead client engagements on supply chain transformation, and advise executive leadership and private equity sponsors to create lasting enterprise value.

You will mentor teams, shape strategy, and develop methodologies while expanding the practice nationally with cross-functional collaboration. Travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in management consulting or advisory roles focused on operations and supply chain transformation.
• Proven experience leading and growing consulting practices, service lines, or business units.
• Proven success selling and delivering complex consulting engagements.
• Deep expertise in supply chain strategy, operations transformation, due diligence, M&A, value creation, EBITDA improvement, procurement & sourcing, inventory, logistics, manufacturing, organizational design, pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead national growth of the Operations & Supply Chain Advisory practice through BD and account management.
• Develop go-to-market strategies focused on operational transformation and PE clients.
• Build relationships with C-suite executives and PE sponsors.
• Identify, pursue, and close new engagements across RSM service lines.
• Oversee engagement quality, profitability, risk, and stakeholder communication.
• Mentor consulting teams and develop reusable methodologies and tools.
