Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Director to lead the Operations & Supply Chain Advisory practice, driving transformation, performance improvement, and value creation for clients nationwide. You will mentor teams, expand client relationships, and shape the strategic direction of the practice.

You will advise executives on supply chain strategy, due diligence, M&A integration, and EBITDA improvement, while partnering across service lines to deliver comprehensive solutions. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of management consulting or senior leadership experience in operations/supply chain.

Responsibilities

• Lead national growth of the Operations & Supply Chain Advisory practice.
• Develop go-to-market strategies for transformation and value creation.
• Manage client engagements delivering operational excellence and EBITDA improvement.
• Oversee engagements, profitability, and risk management.
• Mentor consulting teams and develop reusable frameworks.
• Build relationships with CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and PE sponsors.
• Travel as needed for client delivery and business development.
• Partner with PE firms on value creation roadmaps and due diligence.
