Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks an experienced Director to lead its Operations & Supply Chain Advisory practice in the United States. The role focuses on transforming client supply chains, driving EBITDA improvement, and delivering high-impact engagements.

You will advise CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and private equity sponsors, build client relationships, oversee engagements, and mentor teams as the practice scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, advisory services, or industry leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading and growing consulting practices, service lines, or business units.
• Proven success selling and delivering complex consulting engagements.
• Deep expertise in supply chain strategy, operations transformation, due diligence, M&A, value creation, EBITDA improvement, procurement & sourcing, inventory and distribution operations, manufacturing, organizational design, pricing.

Responsibilities

• Lead national growth of the Operations & Supply Chain Advisory practice through business development and relationship management.
• Deliver high-impact consulting engagements focused on supply chain transformation and performance improvement.
• Advise executives on strategic initiatives including supply chain strategy, due diligence, post-merger integration, and cost optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop consulting teams and create reusable methodologies and tools.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field
