Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a hands‑on Growth Content Leader to own and scale our global content engine for the payments product. You will craft SEO‑driven content, ebooks, guides, and one‑pagers, translating complex product capabilities into clear, conversion‑focused narratives.

You’ll partner with Product Marketing, Product, SEO, and Lifecycle teams to drive demand, pipeline, and revenue while balancing global consistency with local speed. Based in San Francisco.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in growth content marketing, demand gen, or SEO-led roles at high-growth B2B tech.
• Proven track record of turning content into traffic, MQLs, and pipeline.
• Exceptional writing and editing; explain technical products clearly.
• Strong SEO fundamentals: keyword intent, on-page optimization, linking.
• Data-driven; analyze performance and optimize beyond instincts.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Product, SEO, Performance, and Lifecycle teams.
• Comfort in fast-paced global environment; report progress and impact to stakeholders.
• Experience managing freelancers or agencies with a high bar for quality.

Responsibilities

• Establish Growth Content Marketing as a global discipline at Airwallex, establishing best practices and scalable processes.
• Own the end‑to‑end demand gen content strategy, spanning SEO, gated assets, mid‑funnel content, and product‑led narratives.
• Write, edit, and ship high‑impact content including SEO pillar pages, ebooks, whitepapers, long‑form guides, and one‑pagers.
• Partner with Product Marketing and Product to translate launches, features, APIs, and workflows into searchable, understandable content.
• Use user, customer, and market insights to improve ICP targeting, segmentation, messaging, and content distribution.
• Collaborate with SEO and Performance Marketing to align content with keyword intent and funnel stages.
• Be obsessive about measurement and iteration to optimize content for traffic, engagement, and pipeline impact.
• Maintain a high bar for content quality and technical accuracy.
• Build a structured experimentation mindset; scale what performs, refresh what doesn’t.
• Balance short‑term growth with evergreen content and durable demand.
