Job summary

Airwallex in San Francisco is seeking a hands-onGrowth Content Marketing leader to own and scale our global content engine for the payments product. You’ll craft SEO-focused pillar content, ebooks, guides, and one-pagers, translating complex features into clear, conversion-driven narratives.

You’ll collaborate with Product Marketing, Product, SEO and Lifecycle teams to align content with keyword intent, measure impact, and continuously improve demand, pipeline, and revenue across regions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in growth content marketing or SEO-led content roles at a fast-growing B2B tech company.
• Proven ability to drive funnel outcomes from traffic to pipeline through content.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, able to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Strong SEO fundamentals: keyword intent, on-page optimization, internal linking, content clustering.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance and optimize results.
• Experience partnering with Product Marketing, Product, SEO, and Lifecycle teams.
• Comfort in a fast-paced global environment and communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Experience managing freelancers/agencies and maintaining high quality.

Responsibilities

• Build Growth Content Marketing as a global discipline with scalable processes.
• Own end-to-end demand gen content strategy: SEO, gated assets, mid-funnel content, product narratives.
• Write, edit, and ship high-impact content including SEO pillar pages, ebooks, whitepapers, and one-pagers.
• Translate launches, features, APIs, and workflows into searchable, sellable content.
• Use insights to improve ICP targeting, segmentation, messaging, and distribution strategies.
• Collaborate with SEO and Performance Marketing to align content with keyword intent and funnel stages.
• Measure performance and iterate to improve traffic quality, engagement, and pipeline impact.
• Maintain high content quality and technical accuracy; balance short-term growth with evergreen content.
