Job summary

Airwallex, the AI-native financial operating system, seeks a senior product marketer to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market content from concept to delivery. You’ll work with our CEO, Product, Growth, and Sales to craft narratives that resonate with early customers and accelerate growth.

Based in San Francisco, you will craft website copy, product explainers, launch assets, and newsletters; run customer interviews; and develop a repeatable launch motion to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing or an adjacent role where you owned positioning and shipped assets.
• You are an exceptional writer with samples and a short written exercise.
• A track record of high output with recent shipped work.
• Real customer research experience that informed messaging.
• Ability to dive deep into a technical product without a finance background.
• You operate without a brief and prioritize proactively.

Responsibilities

• Own ICP and customer insights; conduct interviews and inform messaging for product teams.
• Own positioning and messaging; build a consistent narrative across assets.
• Write the website copy and own page content across channels.
• Create product content: walkthroughs, explainers, and demos.
• Lead product launches with a repeatable motion and measured outcomes.
• Own blog and SEO strategy; coordinate with Growth on distribution.
• Write the T:0 newsletter and maintain engagement with the audience.
• Own competitive intel and enable the sales team with practical assets.
• Build sales enablement materials like one-pagers and battlecards.
• Own pricing and packaging discussions with leadership.
• Collect and showcase customer proof such as quotes and case studies.
