Job summary

Airwallex is seeking an experienced developer content leader to create high-quality, developer-facing content that explains our capabilities and drives adoption. You will own the direction and output of content, surface stories from customers and partners, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to publish narrative case studies, teardowns, and explainers that resonate with technical founders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience creating technical or developer-facing content.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate clearly to developers.
• Proven track record of owning content initiatives from opportunity identification through to published output.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving outcomes with limited structure or resources.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with experience producing narrative-driven content for developers.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or developer platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own developer-facing editorial content: narrative case studies, integration stories, technical deep dives, and reference architectures/builds. Work with Product and Engineering to turn new capabilities into content that gets developers from evaluation to a first integration. Partner with the DevX technical writing team, which owns API reference and product documentation.
• Proactively identify high-potential stories from customers, partners, and internal teams, and turn them into content that showcases real usage of Airwallex.
• Produce integration teardowns and technical explainers that help developers and technical founders evaluate and adopt Airwallex.
• Own the publishing and distribution of developer content across relevant channels, including YouTube, X/social media, the Airwallex website, and developer hub.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content supports key priorities that need to reach founders, startups, and technical decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to improve how stories are sourced and developed, and introduce lightweight approaches that increase quality and speed.
