This hands-on generalist role guides briefs, experiments, and content creation, partnering with Design, Product, and Engineering. You will optimize campaigns across channels, shape site narratives, and craft lifecycle communications that move patients from first impression to booking and follow‑up.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth or content marketing with hands-on paid acquisition.
• Strong creative judgment to assess hooks, messages, and visuals.
• Experience turning audience insights into useful creative briefs.
• Proven track record of testing paid creative and learning from results.
• Experience shaping website and landing‑page content for conversion.
• Experience planning lifecycle communications and journeys.
• Clear writing and editing skills that are easy to understand.
• Ability to collaborate with analysts or engineers on measurement/tech.
• Strong organization and warm, direct communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition thinking from audience insights to briefs and iteration.
• Manage testing cadence and link results to bookings and appointments.
• Own clarity and quality of growth content across site and landing pages.
• Prioritize page improvements with audience, search, and performance data.
• Plan and improve lifecycle communications for key patient moments.
• Collaborate with Growth, Design, SEO, Product, and Engineering.
• Turn insights into briefs for paid, site, and lifecycle content.
• Partner with analysts/engineers on measurement and site changes.
