• Portfolio with beautiful homepages or landing pages and brand work.
• Strong visual craft across typography, layout, imagery, and brand systems.
• Experience turning growth briefs into multiple concepts and testable variants.

Responsibilities

• Develop paid-creative strategies, concepts, hooks, and visual directions for growth channels.
• Design high-quality ad variants, landing pages, and website experiences that connect the acquisition promise to the next step in the patient journey.
• Improve Legion’s visual brand across growth surfaces including typography, layout, imagery, color, hierarchy and trust signals.
• Map and simplify key website journeys so patients can understand Legion and convert confidently.
• Turn campaign performance and insights into clear design hypotheses and experiments.
• Build reusable templates, components, and brand guidance for faster future work.
• Deliver implementation-ready work in Figma; collaborate with web and engineering teams through launch.
• Use AI tools to increase speed and creative range.
