Job summary

Legion Health is hiring a Growth Content Lead to scale paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and site content. You’ll write briefs, run experiments, and partner with Design, Product, and Engineering to deliver high-impact campaigns and experiences that move patients from first impression to booking and follow-up.

You’ll evaluate performance across channels and journeys, using insights to drive improvements in conversions and appointments while maintaining Legion’s voice and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth or content marketing, including hands-on experience with paid acquisition and campaign performance.
• Strong creative judgment: you can assess hooks, messages, formats, visuals, and fit for audience.

Responsibilities

• Own paid acquisition and creative strategy from insight to briefs and iteration.
• Maintain a biweekly testing cadence and manage campaigns toward bookings and appointments.
• Own site content and conversion for key pages and ensure clear narratives.
• Collaborate with SEO, Product, and Engineering on page experience and QA.
• Plan and improve lifecycle communications and audience journeys.
• Turn insights into briefs for paid, site, and lifecycle content, with measurable evaluation.
