Legion Health in San Francisco, CA is hiring a Growth Content Lead to grow Legion across paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and site content. You’ll use insights to set priorities, write briefs, run experiments, and create or adapt content and assets, partnering with Design, Product, and Engineering.

Your work connects the patient journey from first impression through booking and follow-up, measuring performance across channels to steer the next improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in growth or content marketing, with paid acquisition experience.
• Strong creative judgment for ads, formats, and placements.
• Experience turning insights into briefs and working with designers or agencies.
• Track record of testing paid creative and shaping briefs from results.
• Experience writing or editing website and landing-page content for conversions.
• Experience planning lifecycle communications and triggers; Resend knowledge helpful.
• Clear writing and editing skills across formats.
• Strong organization and follow-through in collaborative environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the creative strategy for paid campaigns, briefs, reviews, and iterations.
• Maintain biweekly testing cadence; manage campaigns and spend toward bookings.
• Own site content and conversion across key website and landing pages.
• Collaborate with SEO, Product, and Engineering on page experience and QA.
• Plan and improve lifecycle communications for patient journeys.
• Define briefs across paid, site, and lifecycle content with clear objectives.
• Partner with Growth, Design, SEO, Engineering on launches.
