Job summary

Jobscan is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Content & Lifecycle to own our editorial surface—blog, pillar pages, and a new evergreen hub—and drive growth through organic search, AI search, conversion, and lifecycle. You will lead a small editorial team, elevating standards and turning content into measurable traffic, subscribers, and registrations.

This hands-on role requires sharp judgment, high AI fluency, and a top‑tier quality bar.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of growth or content marketing experience.
• Elite content creation and editing skills, high‑quality writing.
• Hands-on SEO with on-page optimization and internal linking.
• AEO/GEO fluency for AI search and EEAT growth.
• CRO instincts: identify opportunities and run experiments.
• Lifecycle and email marketing experience, including lead magnets and nurture flows.
• People management: managing writers/contractors and editorial calendars.
• Strong AI/LLM fluency using Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor in daily workflow.
• Comfort with WordPress; familiarity with Astro/Vite a plus.
• Familiar with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and product/CRO tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the full editorial content lifecycle across blog, pillar pages, and a new evergreen resource hub.
• Drive organic growth through hands‑on SEO and AI‑augmented search strategies.
• Own editorial CRO to convert content into registrations and email subscribers.
• Own the HireReady newsletter end to end: strategy, sends, growth, and performance.
• Build content‑driven email acquisition with lead magnets and nurture flows.
• Create original data‑driven content using Jobscan insights.
• Pioneer AI‑augmented production workflows to speed delivery.
• Lead a blog/content redesign with Head of Marketing for SEO and UX gains.
• Manage the editorial team and coordinate video content with a contractor.
• Partner with Head of Marketing to align with acquisition goals and turn data into strategy.
