Legion Health is hiring a Consumer Growth Leader in San Francisco to own the full consumer funnel from first impression to reactivation, scaling paid acquisition and a high-velocity creative engine. You will build a creator program, optimize landing pages and onboarding, and partner across product, data, clinical, and compliance to maintain trust and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consumer growth or growth leadership at high-growth consumer or regulated company.
• Direct ownership of paid media budgets with clear CAC/ROAS accountability.
• Strong experience with paid social platforms (Meta/TikTok) and other channels.
• Excellent conversion optimization, landing pages, onboarding, and lifecycle touchpoints.
• Healthcare judgment: navigate privacy, compliance, and trust in marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own Legion’s consumer growth metrics across leads, visits, CAC, LTV, and retention.
• Scale paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, Reddit, affiliates, and more.
• Build a high-velocity creative engine (hooks, scripts, UGC, explainers).
• Develop creator/influencer programs with compliant, measurable outcomes.
• Own funnel from ad to appointment, including landing pages and intake flows.
• Grow SEO/content around anxiety, psychiatry access, and fast care.
• Lead lifecycle marketing: email, SMS, retargeting, winback.
• Collaborate with product, data, clinical, legal, and operations to protect quality.
• Build growth OS: dashboards, forecasting, and budget pacing.
• Hire and lead the first consumer growth team.
