The Cascades Health and Rehabilitation Center seeks a Director of Growth & Community Relations to lead growth initiatives across SNF and ALF communities, strengthening referral networks and expanding occupancy.

Ideal candidate combines senior healthcare experience with hands-on field leadership, building relationships in hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and social services while guiding strategy with measurable results.

Qualifications

• SNF and ALF experience required.
• Proven success growing census, occupancy, or referrals.
• Strong existing relationships within healthcare referral networks.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute growth strategies across SNF and ALF communities.
• Build long-term relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, social workers, rehabilitation providers, home health, hospice, and other partners.
• Expand and diversify referral networks within each community.
• Identify opportunities within markets and enter new referral channels.
• Drive census and occupancy growth through relationship development and outreach.
• Develop community partnerships that increase awareness and engagement.
• Represent the organization at healthcare events and in the community.
• Align growth strategies with community capabilities and goals.
• Evaluate market trends and census performance to identify opportunities.
• Establish measurable goals and accountability standards for growth.
